Change of Heart
Lumiere de Champagne, we want your experience to be as great as our candles' glow. If, for some reason, you've had a change of heart about your purchase, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return it for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping and handling charges. We kindly request that the product remains in its original, unused condition, complete with all its packaging and paperwork, just like it arrived.

Credit Card Refunds
Once our warehouse receives your returned candle and confirms that they meet all the criteria, we'll process your refund back to the same Credit or Debit Card you used for your order. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email confirmation that the refund has been processed. Refund timelines may vary according to your Credit/Debit Card policies.

Faulty Goods
Though rare, even the finest candles can have their off days. If you find yourself with a faulty item, please reach out to us immediately through our contact page. We'll make sure to shed some light on the situation and resolve it promptly.
